Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS TERMS AND POLICIES Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@whalesoflemuria.com Refund Policy: No Refunds; We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, the following options are available; Credit for Future Services: If you cancel more than 5days before the course start date, you can redeem the full course fee as a credit toward any future service we offer. Full Course Content Access; If you cancel within 5 days of the course start date or after the course has started, you will still receive access to all course materials and recordings, which you can keep and review at any time. Refunds in regards to Satisfaction Concerns; If you are unhappy with the delivery of the course, please contact us in writing via email at info@whalesoflemuria.com within 7 days of the course completion. Proof of Completion; To address your concerns effectively, we require proof that you have completed all course materials, including: Attendance records or viewing confirmations of all recorded sessions. Completion of any assignments, exercises, or activities provided during the course. Review Process; Once we receive your written concern and proof of completion, we will review your case. This review process may take up to 14 days. Resolution; Based on our review, we will determine a reasonable outcome, which may include: Additional one-on-one support or mentoring sessions to address specific issues. Enrollment in a future course at no additional cost. A credit towards any other service we offer. Final Decision: All decisions regarding dissatisfaction resolutions are final and at the sole discretion of the course provider. Missed Sessions: All sessions are recorded. If you miss a live session, you will have access to the recording, which you can keep forever. Special Circumstances; In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us directly. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include transferring your enrolment to a future course or another service. Course Changes; We reserve the right to modify the course schedule or content. In the unlikely event that the entire course is canceled by us, you will receive a full credit for a future service.
