We’re taught to trust our brain above all else. But there is another kind of intelligence - a heart-based, energetic awareness, a knowingness that is stronger and clearer than the mind. In the water with the Dolphins, learn to trust this deeper knowing, your inner compass, always on your side, and the only guidance you will ever need.
This retreat is designed as a gentle first step. The water is calm, we stay close to shore, and from our private boat you swim with wild Dolphins, guided every step of the way by Whale Communicator Letina Russell and expert crew.
Tiny compared to the Whales, Dolphins live with easy, playful joy, boundless love and expression, and they share it with us when our hearts are open and our energy fields clear. Together we prepare to meet them with meditations, breathing and sound attunements created to open the heart and expand the higher mind. In that aware state, we enter the water and swim with them. Over the retreat, feel your intuition rise and remember how good it is to trust your own inner vision.
You don’t need to be advanced spiritually, or know anything about Dolphins, to join. These retreats welcome women from every background: executives, mothers, artists, healers, women moving through big life changes, and those who simply feel an undeniable call to live a heart-based life and are finding their own way to answer it.

What’s Included in your Kangaroo Island Dolphin Retreat?
Together we stand on the land of Kangaroo Island, Karta Pintingga, and acknowledge the Indigenous people who lived on and cared for this land, long before us, and whose families continue to do so today.
Our very own smudging ceremony, inviting you to set your intentions for this retreat, and step into our retreat, as the person you envision yourself to be.
Staying between two separate homesteads, both with ocean views, and beautiful landscaping so you feel held by this pristine island, as you retreat, and restore your vitality.
Every morning we hold our Open Heart Circles to intentionally create our experiences with the Dolphins. Every evening we gather to integrate our experiences, deeply share with one another, and recall the elevated emotions of the day.
Specially designed and curated to open your intuitive senses, and restore your energy fields. Our sound attunements, guided meditations and gentle breathing exercises will brighten your inner light, so you trust your guidance…the only light you will ever need.
Connecting deeply with women in a loving, warm, supportive, friendly environment. Seeing others open their hearts to growth, always reflects your own light back to you. In this environment real and lasting soul family connections are made.
You will be collected from your accommodation, taken to the boat for every Dolphin swim, and dropped off at the end of the day.
We will pick you up from the ferry when you arrive, and transport you back to the ferry when you depart the island. The return trip to the ferry will be subject to your departure day and time.
Provisions will be provided for your breakfast.
Homemade brunches will be provided every day, and served around our Dolphin swim times.
Nutritious snacks and hot drinks will be provided on the boat.
Organic home cooked meals will be provided every night.
We will provide full information on how to be with the Dolphins, and you will be guided in the water every step of the way.
Snorkels, masks and wetsuits will be provided for you on the boat. Or please bring your own. Flippers are not required.

Explore Our Sacred Whale Retreats
The Dolphins open the door. The Whales ask you to walk through it. Our Sacred Whale Retreats in Hervey Bay are five nights, three of them live aboard, exclusively for 2-3 people only, with months of preparation in Sacred Circles before we meet the Humpback Whales in the water. Many women come to the Dolphins first, and find the Whales calling them next.
