MEDITATIONS · STORIES · INVOCATIONS · WHALE WISDOM TEACHINGS
Whale Wisdom Teachings, made practical for our everyday lives.
Whale wisdom teachings are the meditations, stories and invocations Whale Communicator Letina Russell has channelled from the Whales over 10 years, shared so you can live from the heart. Based in love and compassion for our journeys, all channelled information from the Whales serves to open the hearts of humans. When we live, love and lead from this space, this is a direct translation of the Whales' teachings alive within us.
The Whales are among the oldest living beings on this planet.
Incredibly intelligent, and capable of spectacular interspecies communication, including with us.
Like time capsules, lying in wait for us to find them, they hold their vastly ancient knowledge for us in their consciousness. The Whales transmit it to Letina through loving frequencies, as stories, Invocations and guided journeys. Her work is to translate that into something you can feel and use in your everyday life.
These are not abstract teachings, they are rooted in love and compassion for our human journey, and they bring people directly back into their hearts, sometimes for the first time in a very long time.
People come to these teachings for many reasons. To find their way through a difficult season, to reconnect with the essence of who they are, to feel closer to spirit. All want to know the Whales. And what opens for each of them without exception, is an ability to feel deep love for themselves and compassion for their journey. Those who are lucky enough to meet the Whales physically then know what true joy is - an emotion that most of us have never felt before.
The Language of Lemurian Unity - Light Language shared by the Whales
Much of what the Whales share with Letina arrives as Light Language - the Language of Lemurian Unity. If you found your way here searching for Lemurian Light Language, you are exactly where that language lives. Begin with Letina's most-loved writing on it, or step into the Lemurian Unity Invocations - 11 channelled symbols and lessons that allow you to access these frequencies for yourself.
In her most-loved piece of writing, Letina shares what Lemurian Light Language actually is, how it arrives through the Whales, and what it feels like when it begins to move through you.

Three channelled video sittings with the Whales, to use again and again:
1. Integration of Your Gifts
Gently encourages integration of everything within you, including gifts from previous lives. When you allow your unique light to shine through all your gifts, you truly make them your own, so they come to life in this world.
2. Creating with the Sacred Conscious Breath
Every breath a Whale takes is a conscious breath. Learn the technique they share to move breath and energy through your body. Refresh your energy fields, and deliberately create your vibrational offering.
3. Flowing your Language of Light
Light and sound are both energetic frequencies. When your connection to the Whales, and your Spirit Guides deepens, the energy they share with you can increase.
Each powerful practice lifts your energy, opens your heart, and awakens the gifts and knowledge already within you. Know your unique light, and understand how to shine it into the world.
How to Speak Whale
$57 AUD
Join Letina's signature program, and begin consciously co-creating your life with the Whales. How to Speak Whale is Letina Russell's signature body of work on how to build a real, working relationship with the Whales as your living guides. Across five recordings, each building on the one before, Letina teaches a simple daily practice for opening a two way channel with the Whales, so you can begin consciously co-creating your life with them, with love and intention.
Every video includes a meditation to lift your energy and attune you to the Whales' frequency. You'll learn to recognise the subtle ways they speak to you, through images, dreams, light bulb moments, the synchronicities that arrive exactly when you need them, and how to create your own meeting place with them, one you can return to any time.
By the end, you'll have created a lasting energetic bond with the Whales and a daily practice to keep that dialogue alive. This is a two way relationship you keep building with intention, trust and love, one sitting at a time.

I highly recommend Letina's meditations and guidance."

So thank you Letina with all my heart."

What our beautiful clients say.
Ready to join us in the water?
Knowing the Whales energetically is key before physically joining them in the ocean. Join Letina as she takes you on a personal journey to the very heart of the Whales, and immerse with them, floating in the expanded field of their hearts.
There is a reason only you can uncover, that you hear the call of the Whales and Dolphins. Everyone loves them, yet few people hear the call. Even fewer people acknowledge they hear it. To join them in their home, and float inside their hearts' energy field, you're amongst only a handful of very lucky people in this world.
