2027 Whale and Dolphin Retreat Dates & How to Join

The 2027 Sacred Whale Retreat in Hervey Bay is $9,997 AUD (approx. USD 6,970 / EUR 6,200 at October 2026 rates). The Dolphin Retreat on Kangaroo Island is $2,520 AUD (approx. USD 1,760 / EUR 1,560). A $500 deposit, paid online through your private booking link, holds your place. You can pay the rest in full or by payment plan, with your final payment due around 5-6 weeks before a Whale Retreat and around 4 weeks before the Dolphin Retreat. All payments are in Australian dollars.

Every booking starts with one call with Letina: a Harmony Session for the Sacred Whale Retreats or a Discovery Call for the Dolphin Retreat. After your call, if the retreat is right for you, Letina sends your private booking link and you pay your $500 deposit online. Your final payment is paid through the website. Within 7 days of your deposit, you complete two forms: the Health, Medical and Swimming Declaration and the Retreat Conduct and Shared Space Agreement.

Both calls are friendly, held online, and simply about fit: whether this retreat is right for you now. All questions are welcome.

Everything listed under "What's Included" on each retreat page: your accommodation, the boat, Sacred Circles, teachings, your private Soul Remembrance reading and post-retreat support. Flights and travel insurance are not included.

Both retreats need two forms: the Health, Medical and Swimming Declaration and the Retreat Conduct and Shared Space Agreement. You receive both with your welcome email and complete them within 7 days of paying your deposit.

If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, whatever you have paid is refunded, less any payment processing fees.After that, it depends on your retreat. Time is counted back from the first day of your retreat.Whale Retreats: If you cancel 4 months or more before the retreat begins, the $500 deposit is kept and everything else you have paid is refunded. If you cancel less than 4 months before, there is no refund. Your payment is held as credit toward the next Whale Retreat the following year (any increase in cost is payable), or your place can be passed to another person Whales of Lemuria agrees is suitable.Dolphin Retreat: If you cancel 2 months or more before the retreat begins, you receive a full refund less a $500 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 1 and 2 months before, you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 1 month before, there is no refund, but your place can be transferred to another person, with approval from Whales of Lemuria.To cancel, call Letina on 0418 516 869 and then email info@whalesoflemuria.com.
